At this workshop, you will be introduced to handbuilding techniques that will be used to create vessels with your own hands. No prior experience required.
Clay, tools, a glass of wine and firing will be provided by your host. The pieces that you create will be glazed in a clear gloss and returned to you to keep.

get to know one another or to simply reconnect.

and Soft Spot will host your gathering.
Well-suited for baby showers, bachelorettes, corporate events, team building activities, birthdays or any other shared experience.
All pieces created during your event will be glazed
and returned to you and your guests to keep.

Photos and videos may be taken during events and posted on the website and/or social media. Please let the host know before the event begins if you do not consent to this.
While the large majority of student work is successfully fired and returned to you, firing handmade ceramics can be unpredictable based on many factors (ex. air bubbles).
There is a chance that objects made during events may not make it through the kiln firing process.
